1. Can I return or exchange my watch?

Yes. We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery for unused watches in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. 2. What should I do if my watch arrives damaged?

3. How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

4. What does the warranty cover?

All GEYA watches come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or water damage caused by improper use.

5. How do I request a repair, and will there be a charge?

Repairs for manufacturing defects covered by the warranty are free. For out-of-warranty repairs or damage outside the warranty coverage, any applicable costs will be confirmed with you before work begins.

GEYA watches are water-resistant, not waterproof. Water resistance varies by model, so always check your watch’s rating and recommended usage before exposing it to water.

Avoid showers, hot baths, and saunas. Swimming is only recommended if your specific model is explicitly suitable for it. Heat, steam, soap, and chemicals can damage seals and straps.

2. How can I maintain my watch’s water resistance?

• Keep the crown fully pushed in and screwed down, where applicable.
• Never operate the crown or pushers while the watch is underwater.
• Avoid hot water, steam, and harsh chemicals.
• Do not open the case back yourself; have servicing performed by a qualified professional.
