Every GEYA watch has undergone multiple rigorous quality tests and inspections before it is shipped. We confidently stand behind every watch we build with a full 2-year warranty valid from your date of purchase. If you have a problem with your GEYA due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your watch for free.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, water damage caused by improper use, or damage from unauthorized repair.

Is my watch waterproof?
No watch is completely waterproof. GEYA watches are water-resistant, meaning they can withstand limited exposure to water depending on the specific water-resistance rating of each model.
Always check your watch’s stated water-resistance rating before exposing it to water, and avoid exceeding the recommended limits.
Can I shower or swim with my GEYA watch?
We do not recommend wearing your GEYA watch in the shower, hot bath, sauna, or while swimming, unless the specific model is clearly rated for that level of water exposure.
Steam, soap, hot water, and chemicals may affect the watch’s seals and reduce its water resistance over time. Prolonged exposure to heat or chemicals may also damage certain watch straps.
How can I maintain my watch’s water resistance?
Avoid pressing or adjusting buttons while the watch is underwater.
Make sure the crown is fully pushed in and securely screwed down, if applicable.
Avoid exposing the watch to hot water, steam, or high temperatures.
Do not open the case back yourself, as this may affect the seals and water resistance.
